1. Custom Commission Process
Each scorecard is a custom commission based on data retrieved from official sources (e.g., PlayCricket). While we strive for absolute accuracy, the final artistic representation is generated based on available data. Users are responsible for ensuring the match link provided is correct.
2. Intellectual Property
The designs, themes, and vintage aesthetic utilized on this site are the intellectual property of Pavilion Scorecard. You are granted a limited license for personal use of the physical products purchased.
3. Payments & Cancellations
Payments are authorized at the time of order and captured once the commission is reviewed and accepted by our team. Due to the custom nature of our products, orders cannot be cancelled once they have entered the printing or framing stage.
4. Limitation of Liability
Pavilion Scorecard is not liable for any discrepancies in the match data provided by third-party platforms. Our liability is limited to the purchase price of the product.
