Scorecards

How do I verify the stats on my scorecard?

We manually extract data from the Play Cricket match link you provide. All details are populated automatically. For manual scorecards, we review your uploaded scoresheet before printing.

Can I customize the player names or stats?

Currently, we use the exact data from PlayCricket. If you need corrections, please contact us before finalizing your order.

Why are there different colours on the scorecard

Each bowler is represented by a different colour. The balls faced, extras and over summary all reflect the colour of the bowler who bowled that ball or over.

Can you do other layouts for the scorecard?

Absolutely. Please contact us with an example of what you are looking for and we can discuss options.

What paper do you use?

We print on premium 300gsm uncoated paper designed to provide that authentic feel.

Frames

Are the frames real wood?

Depends on the frame. The budget frames are plastic. The Classic and Heritage frames are MDF. The Premium frames are real rescued wood.

What size are the scorecards?

The scorecards are A4 and are designed to fit into most A4 and above frames. Higher sized frames come with a white or offwhite mat; which is included if ordering a framed scorecard.

I don't like any of your frames. Do you have others?

We understand that frame selection is a personal choice. If none of our current options suit your taste, please reach out to us with your preferences. We're always looking to expand our range based on customer feedback.

What are your sustainability practices?

Our most popular frames are made of MDF. MDF is an engineered product made from wood residuals like sawdust, shavings and chips. Our solid wood frames are made from rescued and recycled timber

Do the frames use Glass or Acrylic?

For shipped frames, we use Acrylic glazing as it reduces the chances of breakage during shipment. No matter how well we pack it; Australia Post does not guarantee safe delivery of fragile items. Frames picked up from us, we can provide Glass glazing. There is no price difference between Acrylic or Glass.

Engraving

What is the cost of engraving?

Engraving is available at a flat rate of $26.75, regardless of the text length or options chosen.

Why are not all frames engravable?

This depends on the frame and whether the frame has sufficient space for the plate to be attached.

Clubs

Do you offer discounts for clubs?

Yes, we do offer bulk discounts (10+ scorecards) at a discount. Contact us with your requirements and we can discuss options.

Order & Payments

Can I pay by bank transfer or other methods?

Yes, customise your scorecard online and send us an email with what you would like to order. We will provide you with a quote and payment details.

Are my credit card details safe?

Yes, we use a secure payment gateway to process your payment. At no point are your credit card details stored on our systems. They are completely managed by payment gateway.

Shipping & Delivery

How long does it take to receive my scorecard?

Matches where ball-by-ball information is captured in PlayCricket are typically reviewed within 24 hours. Manual uploads from paper scoresheets may take 2-3 business days for review. Printing, framing and shipping add an additional 5-7 business days.

Do you ship internationally?

Currently, we only ship within Australia. International shipping may be available in the future. In the meantime, contact us for a quote and we can see what we can do.

What are the shipping costs?

Flat-rate shipping is provided for all framed and unframed orders. Melbourne CBD pickup is free.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! Select 'Melbourne CBD Pickup' during checkout. We'll notify you when your order is ready.

Can I have it delivered to my club?

Possibly. Depends where in Melbourne our staff are playing on Saturday. If we are nearby; we can drop off the scorecards after our match.

Can I make a rush order? I need the scorecard immediately

Possibly. It depends on the quality of the ball-by-ball information in PlayCricket. If it passes our review quickly, we can get it printed same day. Framing depends on whether we have your chosen frame in stock or it needs to be ordered from our supplier. Engraving will take time and usually cannot be done same day.

Returns & Refunds

Can I cancel my order?

Orders can be cancelled before we capture payment (within 24-48 hours of submission). Once printing begins, cancellations are not possible. A partial refund might be possible depending on where the order is upto in the process.

What if there's an error in the scorecard?

If the error is our fault, we'll reprint at no charge. If it's due to incorrect source data, we can discuss reprinting options.

Do you offer refunds?

Refunds are available if we cannot fulfill your order or if there's a printing defect. Custom products cannot be returned for change of mind.
