1. Processing Times
Since each scorecard is custom-crafted, please allow:
- Standard Print: 2-3 business days for production.
- Framed/Engraved: 5-7 business days for professional framing and custom engraving.
2. Shipping Methods
We ship across Australia using reliable carriers. Shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on the complexity and weight of your order.
3. Packaging
Our scorecards are shipped in heavy-duty, reinforced packaging. Framed items are double-boxed with protective corners and bubble wrap to ensure the acrylic and wood remain intact during transit.
4. Tracking
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor its progress from our pavilion to your door.
